A decorative panel (7) such as a picture or mirror which can be fitted to a wall in a small space such as an apartment, studio, camping vehicle or caravan has a laundry drying rack (1) on its rear surface and sufficient space between for hanging out the washing and fitting clothes pegs. The rack has two hinged triangular supports (8) which can be deployed so that the rack is held horizontally against the wall, and the upper edge of the panel is extended at both ends by a lug (2) to allow it to be suspended from the wall by spikes or dowels and screws. The edges of the panel are fitted with a surround which seals the drying rack when it is not in use. Provides double use for everyday object.
