It comprises a centrifuge with horizontal shaft consisting essentially of a rotary drum and a rotary screw and provided with outlet openings for the oil, vegetation water and solid phase or waste, the rotary drum and screw being connected, in operational terms, to a variable speed drive, the rotary drum having a form consisting of cylindrical and conical parts arranged axially in line one after the other and connected together. The rotary screw has at least one division element which interrupts its turns and which is located between the outlet openings for the oil and vegetation water and the waste outlet, and the variable speed drive is connected to an automatic actuation unit connected to an electronic control panel. <IMAGE>
