The pump includes a distributor body 7 in which there is a pumping chamber 6 whose volume is variable by virtue of the fact that said distributor 7 can be displaced axially, said variation being produced as a consequence of the fact that, inside the chamber 6, there is a stationary piston 5 pushed against a cover 4 by means of a spring 8 which in turn pushes the actual distributor 7 in the opposite direction. Said distributor body 7, in addition to the alternating axial displacement, is subjected to a rotary movement in order to allow alternating communication of the inlet and outlet with the actual pumping chamber 6, the rotary movement being produced by means of a worm which meshes with a toothing 9 integral with the actual distributor 7, whilst the axial displacement is produced by contact of a cam 11 formed in the lower part of the distributor 7 which alternately and at every half rotation comes into contact against the cam 13 or the cam 12 formed on a shaft 14 perpendicular to the axial axis (shaft) of the distributor 7. The aim of the pump is to displace a flow of oil to lubricate the two-stroke engine as a function of the latter's turning-over rate and of the degree of throttling of the engine inlet gas control valve. <IMAGE>
