The cartridge consists of a body and a plunger piston (5) which is received within it. The plunger piston is provided with a device (9) on its periphery for discharging air along its longitudinal axis. The device is built in the shape of on or more grooves (9), each having an approximate width and depth of 5 mu m. The device is designed in accordance with the exact peak-to-valley height of the peripheral surface of the plunger piston, which is between 5 mu m and 10 mu m. The body and plunger piston have an essentially cylindrical cross section, and the tip of the plunger piston is conical in shape. The front end of the body has a surface (13) which corresponds to the tip of the piston. |
