<p>Thiocarbamic acid derivatives which have a higher safety and a more excellent cholesterol resistance than those of conventional drugs and are characterized by being represented by general formula (1) or salts thereof (for example: O-(4-tert-butylphenyl)N-methyl-N-[3-[2-[N-methyl-N-(3-thienylmethyl)amino]ethoxyl]phenyl]thiocarbamate); an antihypercholesterolemic agent; an antihyperlipemic agent; and a remedy and preventive for arteriosclerosis.</p> |
