Peroxydicarbonate compounds are stabilized against decomposition by the presence of an effective amount of one or more oximes of the general formula wherein R and R are optionally substituted alkyl or alkenyl of up to 22 carbon atoms or phenyl, or form a C4-C8 cycloalkyl ring, or R<3> is oxime.
