PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close an automatic door by using only the energizing force of a spring. SOLUTION: A vehicular door is connected to the reversible output rod of a drive engine via a series of power transmission means, and the drive engine has a gear unit 27 mounted on a main drive gear in such a state as freely connected and disconnected to a driven gear for rotating the output rod. In this case, only the normal or the reverse rotation of the main drive gear is transmitted, only when the vehicular door is opened. Also, the output rod is provided with a spring for energizing the vehicular door along a closing direction. According to this construction, the gear unit 27 is demounted from the driven gear and the output rod is kept free at the time of closing the vehicular door, thereby closing the door only via the energizing force of the spring. |
