<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a specified substance in scattering substances accurately in non-invasion manner. SOLUTION: In a light source device 202 for irradiating a measurement target 200 with light, light from a light source 6 is adjusted by a light source optical system 216 and is made incident on an acoustic optical element 4, and the acoustic optical element 4 performs dispersion and modulation. A primary diffraction beam emitted from the acoustic optical element 4 is focused by a focusing optical system 20 and is applied to the measurement target 200 by an application optical system 220. A light detector 204 has a light reception part 230 and a data-processing part 107, and the light reception part 230 converts a signal according to the fluctuation in modulated measurement light into a plurality of signals with different amplitudes and simultaneously output them. A data-processing part 107 selects a signal where the value of an amplifier cannot be saturated and the amplitude is the largest out of those signals and performs a lock-in processing at a modulation frequency where measurement light is modulated.</p> |
