摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly discharge and introduce thermal storage medium out of and into a thermal storage medium packed chamber by increasing an outer diameter of a perforated plate disposed between an end of the chamber and an injection port larger at the chamber side than that at the port side, thereby eliminating overturning of the grate at the time of replacing the medium. SOLUTION: When a thermal storage medium discharge outlet 8 is opened, thermal storage medium 9 is discharged while naturally dropping. At the time of discharging, when the medium 9 is reduced, a fulcrum 11 for supporting the performed plate 1 and a center 12 of gravity are deviated, and a force is operated in a direction for pressing the plate 1 since the plate 1 is formed with its outer diameter larger at a position disposed at a heat storage medium packet chamber 2 side than at a discharge port 3. Accordingly, even if the medium 9 is completely discharged from the chamber 2, the plate 1 is not overturned. When the medium 9 is introduced from a thermal storage medium inlet 8, the plate 1 is not overturned, and hence the medium 9 is not moved to the port 3, but can be smoothly changed in the chamber 2.
