PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a built-in heating cooking utensil in which handling properties are enhanced by widening the available space above a top plate and the top plate is prevented from becoming hot while reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The heating cooking utensil 26 to be built in the top plate 23 of a cooking table comprises a holding frame 30 constituting the upper part of a cooking utensil body 28. A top plate 29 is mounted, at the outer circumferential part thereof, on a flange part 30b provided at the circumferential part of the holding frame 30. Outer circumferential part of the top plate 29 and the flange part 30b of the holding frame 30 are fitted to a step 23c provided at the circumferential of an opening 23a in the top plate 23 so that the upper surface of the top plate 29 is substantially flush with that of the top plate 23. Furthermore, a sealing member 52 is provided between the inner circumferential part of the step 23c and the outer circumferential end face part of the top plate 29. |
