<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load required for the entry of a roller. SOLUTION: A cage for a roller bearing is formed of a pair of ring parts 12 spaced in an axial direction, and pillar parts 13 arranged at equal spaces in a circumferential direction and axially extended bridging a space between ring parts 12. A pocket 14 for accommodating a roller 20 is formed between the adjacent pillar parts 13. Roller fall stoppers 15 are provided at the radial inner or outer end part of each pillar part 13, and the spaced distance A between the roller fall stoppers 15 circumferentially adjacent to the pocket 14 placed in between is to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the roller 20. The roller fall stopper 15 is provided with a cutout 16 axially extended to impart elastic deformation for allowing the roller 20 to pass through.</p> |
