PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need for an arrangement space for a push pull cable, prevent the occurrence of inconvenience on operation even when steering is effected, and prevent the occurrence of a trouble due to penetration of sea water to the interior of a cable. SOLUTION: An outboard motor comprises a clutch motor 40 to drive a clutch link 46; and a throttle motor 38 to drive a throttle link 52. A single connector 42 is connected to the clutch motor and the throttle motor. The clutch motor and the throttle motor are arranged in a manner to adjoin each other. A remote control box comprises a moving remote control lever 20; and detecting sensors 22, 24, 26, and 28 to detect the position of the remote control lever 20. A control unit 32 is connected to the detecting sensors and a signal wire 36 removably connected to a connector is connected to the control unit. |
