PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit lowering of heat insulation and soundproofing properties, growing of mold, and decay or vermiculation of building material; besides, eliminate offensive odor by disposing a base paper on the surface of a planar gypsum molded body, and containing granular coal and other inorganic porous granular bodies in a scattered manner. SOLUTION: A blended liquid or slurry of admixture material such as sawdust and water consisting mainly of calcined gypsum is interposed in layered relation between a pair of upper and lower base papers to be formed into a plate before being dried and cured. At this time, granular coal and other inorganic porous granular material are contained therein dispersedly, and the granular coal is made 1.5-100Åin its average pore radius, and 50-600m<2> /g in its specific surface. Also, an average pore radius of 20-100Åof the porous granular body, the specific surface of 20-200m<2> /g, and the ratio of the granular coal are made 20-80wt.% with respect to a total amount of granular coal and other granular bodies. In addition, either one or both of the granular coal or granular body are allowed to pass through a sieve of 5mm specifidy by Japanese Industrial Standard Z8801. Besides, when a substance having an average pore radius of 20-50Åis employed as an inorganic porous granular body, the granular body exhibits superior performance by itself. |
