PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability with manufacturing cost reduction by permitting a small type actuator to be used. SOLUTION: A partitioning member 24 is disposed at the inside of a supporting cylinder 16 to which an elastic body 18 is vulcanizingly-bonded, and a space partitioned by the partitioning member 24 and the elastic body 18 forms a pressure receiving fluid chamber 26. A small-diametrical recessed part 42 is formed on the upper part side of the partitioning member 24, a large- diametrical recessed part 44 is disposed at the lower part side of the partitioning member 24, and a circular through-hole 46 communicates with a space between the small-diametrical recessed part 42 and the large-diametrical recessed part 44. A driving disc 50 is fixed at the front end of a rod 48A extending upward from an actuator unit 48, and the driving disc 50 is positioned in the large- diametrical recessed part 44. A membrane 54 is disposed in the small-diametrical recessed part 42, and a space which is sealed by being sandwiched between the driving disc 50 and the membrane 54 forms a driving force transmitting fluid chamber 56. |
