PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance thermal characteristics, corrosion resistance and fatigue strength characteristics by providing a fluid channel component member and fins and providing the part for fixing the fin to the fluid channel component member with a protrusion touching the fluid channel component member and a recess serving as a bonding part of adhesive. SOLUTION: In a heat-exchanger being employed for cooling the engine of a automobile or in an air-conditioner, a fluid channel component member 2 having an inner channel for heat medium, e.g. water, is fixed with fins 1. A protrusion 3 touching the fluid channel component member 3 and a recess 4 serving as a bonding part of adhesive are provided at a fixing part 5 to the fin 1 and the fins 1 are secured to the fluid channel component member 2 through an adhesive layer 6. Depth of the recess 4 is not limited, but it is set at 300μm or less from the viewpoint of fatigue strength at the bonding part. The adhesive layer 6 is separated by separating the recess 4 with the protrusion 3 and a crack occurring in the adhesive layer 6 is prevented effectively from spreading. |
