摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the numerical aperture maximum by forming a first color filter layer on all areas while covering a first light reflection electrode, a second color filter layer on an area except the area being over the first light reflection electrode while covering a second light reflection electrode and a third color layer on a third light reflection electrode. SOLUTION: A first reflection electrode 13R made of a high light reflection material is formed on an interlayer insulating film 12 and a first color filter layer 14R, which is colored by a pigment dispersion or a dyeing and presents red color (R) is formed on all surfaces covering a first reflection electrode 13R. A second color filter layer 14G which is colored by a pigment dispersion or a dyeing and presents green color (G) is formed on a flat surface area covering a second reflection electrode 13G being over the first color filter layer 14R except the area being over the first reflection electrode 13R. Moreover, a third color filter layer 14B which is colored by a pigment dispersion or a dyeing and presents blue color (B) is formed on a third reflection electrode 13B being over the second color filter layer 14G.
