FIELD: railway construction. SUBSTANCE: this relates to upper structure of railway. Device has check rail which is rigidly connected to rails of inner line, and by means of spacers it is connected to web of rails of outer line of track. Used in function of check rail are old rails which are turned towards inner line by their foot. Application of aforesaid arrangement solves problem of ensuring uniform distribution of lateral forces between inner and outer lines of railway track. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwg
