PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic image developing carrier, developer and image forming device in which the environmental dependency of charging performance on toner is suppressed, stable charging performance can be held over a long period, and a satisfactory image quality can be formed. SOLUTION: In an electrostatic latent image developing carrier having a resin coat layer on a nucleus particle, the coat layer is formed by dispersing a domain in a matrix resin, the domain is formed of a rubber-like polymer having a glass transition point of 10 deg.C or lower, or the domain is made into a core shell structure. The glass transition point of the resin constituting the core layer is set to 10 deg.C or lower, and the glass transition point of the resin constituting the shell layer is set within the range of 60-200 deg.C. |
