SUBSTANCE: device has body made as tube partially filled with magnetic liquid and manufactured of nonmagnetic material, two measuring windings positioned at respective ends of body tube, two end covers designed to make tube hollow airtight. Internal surfaces of body facing magnetic liquid are not wettable by the latter. In second variant liquid is represented by two drops in which permanent magnetics are positioned.
