FIELD: casting with crystallization under pressure. SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder for vacuum treatment, mold whose working space is communicated with vacuum treatment cylinder through ventilation channels and clearances. Vacuum space of cylinder is communicated with exhaust ventilation system and with space of top die through vacuum chamber, and with space of female die through vacuum chamber in holder of female die and horizontal clearances between inserts and radial-concentric channels on their horizontal surfaces. In the course of casting and pressing, gases and vapors of lubrication materials are removed from mold with guarantee. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwgm
