Said base paste comprises, mas.%: epoxy-urethan rubber, 58.0-62.0; titanium dioxide, 5.5-6.5; aerosil, 2.5-3.5; chloroparaffin, 9.0-11.0; water, 1.0-2.0; enriched kaolin, up to 100. Hardening paste comprises, mas. %: mixture of 2,2,6- and 2,4,6-ethylene diaminomethyl phenol, 10.0-11.0; triethanolamine, 3.7-7.0; chloroparaffin, 25.0-30.0; enriched kaolin, 25.0-29.0; technical carbon, 0.1-0.3; chalk, up to 100. Coating on the base of proposed mastics has high strength, high cyclic stability at temperature drop from 70 C to -50 C. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 5 tbln
