COMPOSITION FOR EFFECT ON TUMOR CELLS

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a composition of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-4 (IL-4). This composition inhibits woman mammary tumor cells growth, external genitalia carcinoma cells and human histiocytic lymphoma cells and effect depends of their doses. No inhibitory effect is observed at separate effect of TNF and Il-4 on mammary tumor cells. But at combined effect of these two cytotoxins they inhibit the growth of indicated cells depending of their doses. Also, gamma-interferon (gamma--interferon) enhances antiproliferative activity of composition containing TNF and IL-4. Composition containing IL-4 and lymphotoxin shows the similar activity.
