<p>A synthetic resin body is moulded on the edge of an article which includes a set of juxtaposed sheets. The latter is inserted in a multiple part mould which is closed to bring the ribs, defined on the mould, into tight contact with the substance forming a moulding cavity. A synthetic resin is injected in this cavity. The pressure, applied by the ribs, is transmitted through the juxtaposed sheets to form tight joints between them.</p> |
