The invention is characterised in that the reading system comprises: in the electronic component (11), means (111, 114) for searching the information (DATA) in the memory (113) and for posting said information in a zone of initialisation response message (MRI); a housing (20) comprising: means (211) for transmitting said initialising signal (SI) when the electronic component (11) is connected to the housing (20); means (211) for reading the information (DATA) in said zone of initialisation response message (MRI).
