发明名称 PREPARATION OF VIBRATION-FUSED MOLDED ARTICLE MADE OF POLYAMIDE RESIN
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten fusing strength by specifying temp. when a plurality of molded articles prepd. by the primary molding by using a polyamide resin are vibrationally fused. SOLUTION: When the primary moldings of a plurality of parts are respectively performed by using a polyamide resin and these molded articles are fused together by vibrational fusing, the temp. for vibrational fusing of the molded articles is made at least 50 deg.C and lower than the m.p. of the polyamide resin used for the primary molded articles to fuse and bond them together. As the polyamide resin, nylon 6, nylon 66 and copolymerized nylon 66/6 are cited and the relative viscosity is pref. 2.0-4.0 as a value measured by a concn. of 1% in 98% sulfuric acid at 25 deg.C. In addition, it is pref. that the frequency of vibration in the vibrational fusing is 100-300Hz and the amplitude is 0.5-2.0mm and the fusing pressure is 5-100kg/cm<2> .</p>
