PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in elongation at break and tear resistance and having high fracture resistance, and to provide a hose by using the composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by compounding a thermoplastic elastomer in which (b) a cured rubber composition of a rubber bearing both acrylic and epoxy groups is dispersed in (a) a polyester-based thermoplastic resin with (c) an epoxy-modified olefin-based polymer essentially comprising acrylate unit A(x), epoxy group unit B(y) and olefin unit C(z) ((x), (y) and (z) are each molar fraction of the respective corresponding comonomers in the polymer (c)), where the unit B content in the polymer (c) is 0.005-0.200 in terms of the molar fraction (y). In this case, the amounts of the components (a) and (c) to be compounded are 90-30 pts.wt. and 1-25 pts.wt. based on a total of 100 pts.wt. of the components (a) and (b), respectively. |
