PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of pellet-like resin without generating bent up or the like by a method wherein a screw constitution of a first kneading zone is formed of a compression part and a downstream side melt part which are respectively composed of a specific component. SOLUTION: In a screw structure of a first kneading zone a compression part contains at least one piece of C or a combination of C and D, and a melt part on a downstream side from the compression part contains at least one piece selected from G, I, and J. In a kneading disk C, a twist angleβof a vane 3 is 11-13 degree, and a width La/D of the vane 3 per one sheet is 0.08-0.4. In the same way a twist angleβof the D is 36-75 degree, and its width La/D is 0.08 0.4. In the same way a twist angleβof the G is 120-165 degree, and its width La/D is 0.08-0.4. In a reversed screw I its screwed length L/D is 0.3-2.0, and in a varistor ring J a barrel gap T/D is 0.00375-0.04, and a screw length L/D is 0.3-2.0. |
