PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high washing efficiency, to shorten working time and to improve safety by dividing a washing box into a material-to-be-washed fitting part, a high pressure water washing part, an ultrasonic washing part, and a material take-off part by partition plates and treating materials to be washed held on a turntable one by one in each part. SOLUTION: When washing a filter element, first a material to be washed is fitted to a material holding means 4 of a material fitting part A. Next, after a turntable 2 is turned 90 deg., a second material is fitted to the holding means 4. In this state, an inner surface high pressure washing means 6 of the high pressure water washing part B is operated to subject the material to inner surface high pressure washing. Next, an outer an outer surface high pressure washing means 7 is operated to subject the material to outer surface high pressure washing. Successively, the turntable 2 is turned 90 deg. to subject the material to ultrasonic washing by a flowing water type ultrasonic washing means 8 of the ultrasonic washing part C. After that, the turntable 2 is turned 90 deg. and a opening/closing door of the material take-off part D is opened to take off the first material. |
