Modular piezo valve arrangement for medical gas mixers or ventilators

One or more valve elements are positioned between a terminal plate with compressed gas connection and gas outlet connection and an end plate. The valve element has a housing with a compressed gas channel (2) and a gas outlet channel (3). The gas flow direction within each element proceeds from the compressed gas channel to the outlet channel, via a dosing screw, dosing channel, and a one-sided free-swinging piezo-oscillator (6). Each valve element has one or more parallel, connected piezo-oscillators, each with one side being glued gas-tight into the housing. The other side either engages on the sealing face in a closing function, or forms a defined opening.
