摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion (adhesion fatigue properties) of a core end part and effectively prevent a fall of a core by a method wherein concentration of a stress to an adhesion interface between a core and a rubber elastic material body is reduced. SOLUTION: Cores 6 are integrally embedded in a crawler belt body 1 through a cushion rubber layer 5 at intervals of a given distance in the direction of the width of the crawler body l. The cushion rubber layer 5 is arranged to prevent concentration of a stress to a contact interface between a core 6 and the crawler belt body 1, and has thickness of 1-10mm, preferably 1-5mm. In a case of a tension modulus elasticity being 100% elongation, the tension modulus of elasticity of the cushion rubber layer is increased 1.5-4.0 times as large as that of the rubber-form elastic material body 1. Physical properties mixture of the cushion rubber layer 5 is not especially limited if the aforesaid physical properties are satisfied. However, it is desirable from point of view of adhesion to a core adhesive that a polymer is NR, or blend with dien rubber consisting mainly of NR, carbon is blend of HAF and FEF, and sulfur is set to 3 phr or less.
