The invention refers to a mobile installation for treating seeds with liquid substances. According to the invention, the installation consists of a frame (1), a seed hopper (2) and a two-way deflector for packaging the treated seeds in bags. The installation also has a vibrating feeder (3) which maintains a constant and continuous seed flow, and an impeller that is mounted on the axle of the liquid dispenser (5), which is activated by the moving seeds, in the trough of the vibrating feeder (3).
