PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the cracking, chipping, local breakage, exfoliation, etc., of a ceramic sliding body by bringing the joint surface of the sliding body with the main body of a contact body nearer to the neutral surface of the whole contact body. SOLUTION: A vibrator 21 is constituted as a whole by fixing a piezoelectric element 2 to the bottom face of an elastic body 1 which is excited to vibrate with an adhesive and a ring-like ceramic member 4 is only stuck to the contacting section between the vibrator 21 and the elastic body 1. Then, the ceramic member 4 is stuck to a step section 3b which is notched to the position of the neutral surface of a moving body 3 formed in the outer peripheral section of the main body 3a of the moving body 3 with an adhesive. Therefore, the cracking, chipping, local breakage, and exfoliation of the ceramic member 4 can be prevented, because the lateral stress at the joint surface can be suppressed to the minimum even when a bending stress is applied to the moving body 3. |
