PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abrasion between seal members and sliding faces of fixed and oscillating scrolls by applying alumite surface treatment to the fixed scroll or oscillating scroll, each made of aluminum, and embedding the seal members made of a polyallylene sulfide resin composition at the tops of laps, thereby sealing compressed gas. SOLUTION: A fixed scroll 5 or the oscillating scroll 6, each made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, is subjected to alumite surface treatment. Seal members (a), (b) made of a polyallylene sulfide resin composition containing carbon fiber are embedded at the top of a lap 51 projecting from the lower face of the fixed scroll 5 and the top of a lap 61 of the oscillating scroll 6. The seal members (a), (b) are partly brought into contact with the sliding face of the opposite fixed scroll 5, thereby sealing compressed gas. The content of carbon fiber in the composition is 13-17wt.%, and the remainder is a polyallylene sulfide resin (carbon fiber + polyallylene sulfide resin = 100wt.%).
