A prefabricated modular fuel dispensing system (10)comprising a foundation module (12) including an underground fuelreservoir (18) having a plurality of separate fuel storagecompartments (32, 34, 36). A conduit containment trough (20) isattached to the underground fuel reservoir (18) to operativelyhouse a corresponding plurality of fuel supply conduits (42) andfuel dispensing conduits (50) therein feed fuel to and from theunderground fuel reservoir. A fuel dispensing module (14) includesa pump island (22) to operatively support plurality of fueldispensing devices (24) thereon coupled to the plurality of fueldispensing conduits (50).
