COMPOSITE PEDIATRIC VACCINE EXHIBITING INCREASED IMMUNIZING POWER OF EACH COMPONENT THEREOF

A combined pediatric vaccine composition featuring, in a single immunizing dose, a mixture of diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis antigens and a conjugate of fragments of the capsular polysaccharide antigen of Haemophilus influenzae type b and CRM197 protein in a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous vehicle is provided. The combined vaccine composition exhibits an enhanced antibody response by infants to each of the four vaccine components.
