PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an error rate characteristic which is superior even if the reception timing of timing offset and that of a desired wave and an interference wave do not match in a sampling clock. SOLUTION: A convolution operation is executed with a tap coefficient by a fraction interval-type transversal filter 71 on a reception signal having a sampling period which is 1/2 of the symbol period. A transmission line characteristic estimation value is convolution-operated on the respective complex symbol group candidates of the desired wave and the interference wave. A replica signal is generated (75) and a difference between the replica signal and the output of the filter 71 is set to be an error signal. The error signal is set to be likelihood information and the estimation signal of the desired wave and the respective complex symbol group candidates are obtained by the estimation of likelihood symbol groups (36, 37 and 38). The transmission line characteristic estimation value is obtained so that the square average of the error signal becomes minimum under a restriction condition that the phasing amplitude of the preferential line of the desired wave is fixed to '-1' from the reception signal, the respective complex symbol group candidates and the error signal. |
