PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent cleaning effect at a low cost by installing a cleaning device for the nozzle ring and rotary blades of the axial turbine of a turbosupercharger in a flow passage while a nozzle is opened, and specify ing the installation position of a nozzle hole. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 20 opened in a flow passage 7 and connected to a measuring/control unit is constituted of a nozzle 21 having at least one nozzle hole 24 and a cleaning medium feed pipe 23, and the nozzle hole 24 is arranged at an optional point on a virtual circular plane 35 passing the center point arranged at an interval (a) from an inside housing wall 11. The interval (a) is obtained from the equation a=[(da +di )/2].p1 , where 5%<=p1 <=S30%. The circular plane 35 is formed in a tangential plane 37 to a parallel plane extended in parallel with the streamline 17 of the exhaust gas flow. The diameter dk of the circular plane 35 is obtained from the equation dk =[(da +di )/2].p2 , where 0%<=p2 <=6%.
