<p>Holder keeps the workpieces proximal to the needle trajectory of a sewing machine, particularly when embroidering, and has a coil spring which surrounds the needle and whose one end moves with the needle, while the other end rests on the workpieces around the needle. Some of the coils of the spring are more closely wound than those in the main part of it, and are shaped to press the needle on its heel, to ensure the fixation of this end of the spring directly on the needle.</p> |
