FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing vein puncture, metering anticoagulation agent dose with a syringe, injecting it into the whole blood at the exfusion stage in taking concurrent blood sample of prescribed quantity of whole blood with syringe, and infusion stage during which membrane separation of plasma is carried out under condition of whole blood supplied with syringe and the plasma is returned to patient. The device has unit for taking blood samples, plasma filter with flat track membranes, the first main connecting them, syringe as accumulating reservoir connected to the flat track membranes by means of the second main, additional main having clamp mounted on it and connecting the first and the second main, clamp and dropper mounted on the first main below the place the additional main joins it, reservoir for taking plasma connected to the plasma filter with flat track membranes by means of plasma main, reservoir for keeping plasma dilution agent and means for introducing anticoagulation agent being reservoir with main having dropper mounted on it.
