发明名称 HEAT INSULATING PIPE
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of heat insulation performance or mechanical deterioration in the case that flexural or tensile strength is added to a heat insulating pipe by arranging a heat insulating layer between a corrugated inner pipe and a corrugated outer pipe, and also, charging the troughs at the periphery of the inner tube with heat insulating material. SOLUTION: For a heat insulating pipe, the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 3 are constituted of corrugated aluminum, and the heat insulating layer 2 is constituted of aluminum films and polyester nets and many layers are wound around the inner pipe 1, and also the space between the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 3 is vacuum. Here, the troughs at the periphery of the inner pipe 1 are charged with rubber or vinyl chloride excellent in heat insulating property and having the flexibility even at low temperature as heat insulating material 4, and the periphery of the inner pipe 1 is made a smooth cylindrical face. Hereby, in case that flexural strength is added to the heat insulating pipe, this can reduce the drop of heat insulation performance by deterring the crest at the periphery of the inner pipe 1 from fitting in the trough at the inside periphery of the outer pipe 3, and suppressing the increase of the layer density of the heat insulating layer 2, and also, reduce the mechanical damage of the heat insulating layer 2 caused by the tensile strength to the heat insulating pipe.</p>
