PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid relay reduced in malfunction. SOLUTION: In a depression-type MOSFET 2, a drain is connected to the high-potential-side output terminal of a rectifying circuit 1 via a resistance R1 , and between gate-source is connected to the low-potential-side output terminal of the rectifying circuit 1 via a bias resistance R2 , respectively. A light emitting diode D1 is connected between the drain-source of the MOSFET 2 via a resistance R3 . A photocoupler PC is composed of the light emitting diode D1 and a phototransistor T2 , and the between base-emitter of a transistor T1 is connected between the outputs of the phototransistor T2 . Since a current flowing in the light emitting diode D1 largely varies around a value in which the both terminal voltages of the bias resistance R2 reach a threshold value voltage, a voltage range in which the output of the transistor T1 is to be in an intermediate state between an off state and an on state is to be narrow. |
