PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp whose holding power can be improved while maintaining the ease of placement to a mounting panel and at the same time expands its use and can hold a harness at a position close to the mounting panel. SOLUTION: An engagement nib 11c that is engaged to an engagement hole 12a of a mounting panel 12 is provided at the upper part of a backside 11b of a plate-shaped base 11a along the mounting panel 12. In this case, a contacting piece 11d that is provided at the lower part of the plate-shaped base 11a so that the halfway part of a harness that is wired along the mounting panel 12 is in contact with the mounting panel 12, and a holding tongue piece 11f is extended upward from a surface 11e closer to the center of the plate- shaped base 11a, so that the halfway part of a second harness 14 that is wired along the mounting panel 12 in parallel with a harness 13 is retained independently. |
