PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil leak preventing structure for a power divider capable of ensuring prevention of oil leak. SOLUTION: At the upper part of a housing 23 in which gears are stored, an approximately L-shaped pipe passage 35 is provided to supply lubricating oil and open the inside space 29 of the housing 23 to the air. A horizontal pipe 36 for the pipe passage 35 is inserted from one side wall 38 of the housing 23 into the inside space 29 of the housing 23 in such a manner that one axial end 40 is extended to a recess 49 in the other side wall 39, where an opening permeable hole 42 is formed. The horizontal pipe 36 is inclined at an angleθto an axial line 50 vertical against the inner wall face 45 of one side wall 38, with one axial end 40 being under the other axial end 41. The angleθis selected to be 5-10 deg. e.g. not less than the inclination of a ground surface, enough to operate a working machine, when installed.
