METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANAGING INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To digitize the using state of each event and to attain management using values by giving a point by utilizing the time series of the same event as an optional event, calculating a point to be changed with the lapse of time while generating no event and a point to be changed due to the new generation of the same event and combining these points to obtain a point at optional time. SOLUTION: A point expressed by an event is operated by a history frequency totalizing part 16 under the control of an execution control mechanism 22 based on the set contents of a management section setting part 20 when the same event as the event of management information stored in an event management information storing device 15 is recognized in history information newly stored in a time series history storing device 13 by a comparing/referring mechanism 21 or by the information of a clock 19 or a user's command and the operated result is stored in the storing device 15. The contents of the device 15 are provided by an information distributing device 14 through an information distributing device 11 in accordance with a user's request based on the setting of a section in the setting part 20.
