PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to efficiently understand the outline of a document. SOLUTION: A reference document list detecting means 8 detects identification information from a reference document list in a document, and a reference part extracting means 9 extracts a content part in a document related with a pertinent reference document based on the identification information. Then, a reference document merge means 10 and a reference information table storing means 11 gathers the extracted content parts in the same line for the same description, and store it in a reference information table 6. A reference information table displaying means 12 prepares a survey report 7 having the content part related with the reference document based on the reference information table 6, and outputs it to a displaying device 2. Therefore, a user can easily obtain the outline of the reference document referred to in the document from the survey report. For example, the user can obtain the outline of the same reference document referred to in the plural documents or at plural parts in the document in a batch. |
