The invention concerns a tool for centring and clamping (1) of at least a part (P) to be fixed in position and comprising a through passage and adjusted for said tool (1), comprising a pilot device (3) borne at the end of a case (2) having an upper face forming a support for said part and clamping members (5), further comprising means for driving (6, 7, 8, 10, 11) the clamping members (5) between a centring position in which the clamping members are retracted into the pilot device (3) and a plurality of clamping positions in which the clamping members (5) project outside the pilot device (3) and rest on the part (P). The invention is characterised in that the driving means (6, 7, 8, 10, 11) are arranged for simultaneously pivoting and translating said clamping members (5) between the centring position and the clamping position. The invention is useful for handling parts to be fixed in position. |
