PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference device equipped with a GUI (graphic user interface) in which it is not necessary for a user to notice the on/off setting of an alarm message and an alarm sound. SOLUTION: A controlling part 6 of a GUI is provided with a screen use monitor means 7. When a difference between a preservation time and the present time compared by a clocking circuit 5 is made equal to a value preliminarily set by a user, the present screen use situation is judged, and when the screen is not being used, an alarm message for communicating a preserved situation is not displayed, and a buzzer sound is not rung. Only when the screen is being used, the alarm message for communicating the next preserved situation is displayed at a display part 3, and the buzzer sound is issued from a speaker 4. In this way, the automatic switching is operated without any preliminary setting at a user side. |
