PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a partial chart corresponding a desired cell area range in a chart sheet being the origin of copy on a sheet being the destination of copy. SOLUTION: When an operator two-dimensionally arranges cells in which numerical data or character data are inputted developed to an RAM 20 stored in a storage device 18 and displayed at a display device 14, and designates a desired cell range on a chart sheet being the origin of copy in which cell titles are arranged for each line and each column by an inputting device 12, a CPU 10 reads data in the designated cell range and the cell titles corresponding to the data, prepares a partial chart constituted of those read data and cell titles, stores it in the storage device 18, attaches an icon image corresponding to this partial chart on a sheet being the destination of copy, and displays it. Also, the designated cell range on the sheet being the origin of copy is replaced with the icon image, and displayed. |
