The fixing unit consists of a plate (18) arranged to be fixed to the wall (14) which is provided with an extension (38) arranged to cover an opening (16) in the wall (14). A compressible sealing joint (44), of an annular form, is placed around the extension (38) in a way to be compressed between the wall (14) and a shaped part (40,42) of the plate, which surrounds the extension (38). This part is to control the expansion of the joint (44) when it is compressed.
