PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the held state of a coaxial cable and a retaining clip against each other. SOLUTION: A longitudinally extending planar mounting face 13 is formed on the outer peripheral face of the cover sheath 12 of a coaxial cable 11, and a recess 13-1 is formed on the mounting face 13. A projecting part 23-1 to be fitted into the recess 13-1 is formed on the holding face of a retaining clip 21 to which the mounting face 13 abuts. Therefore when the mounting face 13 of the coaxial cable 11 is made to abut to time holding face 23 of the retaining clip 21, the projecting part 23-1 is engaged in the recess 13-1, so that the coaxial cable 11 and the retaining clip 21 are positioned and can be held stably. |
